Saya terima email dari Tiger Airways/Mandala tentang pembatalan flight saya dan mau refund uang saya dengan alasan yang tidak jelas. Kode booking saya U4QUGS tujuan Bali- Surabaya flight date 25 April – 28 April 2013 PP dan U7U7GJ tujuan Bali-Surabaya flight date 5 August 2013 atas nama Achmad Taufiq.Ini sangat mengecewakan saya karena email tersebut tidak memberikan petunjuk yang jelas kemana saya harus mengambil uang pengembalian tiket saya. Saya sudah menghubungi +62 (021) 2939 6688 hanya diterima mesin penjawab telepon.Berikut salah satu email dari Tiger Airways: U4QUGS Dear achmad taufiq, After a recent network review, Tiger Airways / Mandala Airlines has made a decision to suspend your chosen route. Your flight booked under reservation U4QUGS, has been cancelled. We apologise for any disruption caused to your travel plans. A full refund for your flight(s) to the original form of payment will be completed within 30 working days. If you booked via a third party or travel agent, your refund may be processed through them. The below passengers travelling in your party must also be advised as soon as possible. 1. achmad taufiq What do you need to do now? NO further action is required. We will be processing your refund and your patience is appreciated. Note: Our booking system processes the refunds of flights and other additional options you may have purchased (such as checked baggage for example) in phases. Hence, if you check the status of the refund on our website before the full process is completed, the system might reflect the refund in parts. Please be assured that you will receive a FULL refund in one payment back to the original form of payment in due course. Once again we do apologise and hope you will continue to fly with us.
